Caramel Sauce

  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
Cooking Instructions
Cook butter and sugar over medium-high heat until dark amber in color; do not stir. Remove from heat and add cream slowly, whisking to incorporate. Strain and cool. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
