Considered by some to be the epitome of indulgence, this sinfully rich dessert combines the best of a flourless chocolate cake and a soufflé.
Molten Chocolate Cake Method: Combine melted butter and chocolate in stainless steel pan. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is fully blended. Add eggs, egg yolks, sugar and flour; mix until combined but do not over mix. Use (10) 4 oz. aluminum cups or ramekins that have been greased and floured and fill with the mix. Bake at 330°F for approximately 12 minutes. Let cool a few minutes and unmold; serve immediately.
Assembly:Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce or raspberry sauce.
