Champagne Cocktail

This classic drink combines sugar cubes and Angostura Bitters with the rich history of RITZ Champagne. It’s a bubbly, refreshing way to celebrate the season.

Ingredients:
  • 1 each Sugar Cube -or- Packet of Sugar
  • 2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 6 oz. Taittinger® Cuvée
  • Prestige Champagne -or- RITZ® Champagne

Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a Champagne Flute, place sugar and add bitters.
  2. Pour Champagne slowly in small portions to avoid excessive carbonation and bitter stains on the lip of the glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit.
