Taking the Cake
A guest in Berlin wanted to surprise a colleague who was ill at a hospital in Cologne. The colleague was a huge fan of the hotel’s signature cheesecake, but the fragile pastry could only be delivered personally. An agent in the club lounge promptly booked a flight, ordered one of the rich desserts and added a bottle of bubbly for good cheer. Alerting airport security to the precious cargo, she then hand-delivered the goodies to the happy patient.
