A guest arrived at the hotel with his suitcase locked — and his usual combination mysteriously not working. As there were important materials for a meeting trapped inside, the front-desk team worked diligently to open it, eventually calling the bag’s manufacturer in Germany. Learning that security inspectors can sometimes reset lock codes, the team brought the case to the airport, where it was finally opened. The happy guest delivered a successful presentation the next morning.
