A Stitch in Time
A guest called the concierge desk a few minutes before noon. Her luggage had been lost by the airline and she needed a dress that evening and a suit in the morning. Unfortunately, local stores did not carry the guest’s size. The chief concierge arranged an urgent fitting with a renowned tailor, who expedited the order for that very afternoon. Two other agents followed up on the lost luggage while housekeeping prepared an emergency kit with pajamas, toiletries and perfume. The guest was overwhelmed with gratitude — and ready for anything.
