On the Bike Path
A guest arriving at the hotel had a problem: Her bicycle’s lock had malfunctioned, so she couldn’t get it free to ride. With no other option, a loss-prevention agent cut the lock to retrieve it. Then, the bell captain procured a new lock, tucked it into a cooler bag laden with snacks and drinks, and delivered it to the guest’s room. Not only was her problem solved, she was ready for her next ride before she knew it.
