Meaningful Meetings
When you book your meeting by December 31, 2008, to be held prior to December 31, 2009, The Ritz-Carlton will donate 10% of the room revenue to The Ritz-Carlton Community Footprints Fund and the charity of your choice.
Under the umbrella of the Community Footprints program, The Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts partner with local organizations to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need through employee involvement, financial and in-kind donations, education development and environmental conservation.
*Offer subject to availability as determined by the hotel. Valid for groups with 10 or more room nights, not holding tentative or final contracts as of September 24, 2007. Final contract must be signed by December 31, 2009. Donations will be made directly by The Ritz-Carlton to The Ritz-Carlton Community Footprints Fund (5%) and the group’s charity of choice (5%). Group planners can select from a list of 501(c)(3) organizations which benefit hunger and poverty relief, education and development for disadvantaged youth, health initiatives, and environmental conservation.
