*Valid for new contracts only signed by January 31, 2013 and arriving between November 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013. Other terms and conditions may apply, based on availability, and may not be combined with any other offers. Void where prohibited. Only Rewards® members (“Member”) who qualify for this promotion and select the Double Bonus Points option as one of their Tailor-Made meeting concessions will earn double Rewards points up to 100,000 total points (50,000 base + 50,000 bonus) on qualifying charges per meeting or event. Members earn double points based upon the base earning of 3 points per $1US on qualified charges, up to a maximum of 50,000 base points. To be eligible for double points, qualifying events or meetings must be contracted between date of November 1, 2012 and January 31, 2013 and held between January 1, 2013 and March 31, 2013. Qualifying Event charges include food, beverages, meeting room rental, and audio visual equipment. Guest room rate charges also qualify only when contract has a minimum of ten (10) guest rooms actualize for at least one (1) night of the Event (with or without catering). Qualifying charges do not include any Taxes, Gratuities and Service Fees, nor any Food & Beverage or other Incidental Charges on individual guest room folios. The Rewards member must sign a sales/group contract with the hotel for the event or meeting to qualify. The Member eligible to earn Points must be either the main contact recorded on page one of the contract, or the authorized signer of the contract. It is the member's responsibility to comply with their own company policy concerning travel programs. Miles are not eligible to be tripled for this promotion. Only individual members (no corporations or organizations) are eligible to earn Rewards points. Bonus point participating hotels include: The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park, and The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia.
