Is there a cancellation policy?
Please contact the spa at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel. Cancellations within six hours of your scheduled treatment will be subject to full charge.
When to arrive
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for you to check-in and change. Please be advised that in the case of a late arrival, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe and slippers will be provided when you arrive at the spa. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately.
What to bring
It is recommended that you leave any valuables in your room. If you have items that you want to store away during your treatment, our locker rooms are equipped with small safes.
How can I ensure a personalized spa experience?
You should openly discuss any likes, dislikes, concerns, and questions with your therapist before and during your treatment.
Is there a service charge for spa treatments?
Services are automatically subject to a 15% service charge, which is not reflected in treatment prices. Gratuity for commendable service is discretionary.
