SPA ENVIROMENT 
The Abama Spa is an adult sanctuary. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make use of the facilities, unless otherwise stated. The Spa Thermal Circuit is not free of charge to hotel guests unless receiving a treatment or presenting a Spa voucher. Please refer to our reception if you want to acquire additional vouchers. Cell phones, Smartphones or other electronic devices are not permitted in order to keep the spa area quiet and to protect your privacy. If you need to receive messages during your time with us, please let our spa staff know and we will
be happy to assist you.

RESERVATIONS 
Spa services should be scheduled in advance, ext 8520/8524 from the hotel or +34 922 126 006 from outside. When making a reservation, please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities and if you are
pregnant. There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, but many can be enjoyed.

ARRIVALS 
To enhance your Spa experience, we encourage you to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities and to have consultation time with your therapist. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the Spa 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee.

DURING YOUR TREATMENT
Your Spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other condition, please notify your therapist immediately. Discreet disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments.

SPA AMENITIES 
Upon arrival you will be supplied with a bathrobe, towels and slippers as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. Upon request, we will provide additional spa amenities such as deodorants & hair styling products. Discreet
disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments.

CHILDREN 
We have treatments dedicated to children and teenagers, how ever Spa Facilities can not be enjoyed by anyone under the age of 18. These age restrictions are effective as well for the Thermal Circuit and the gym. The gym is open to minors
16-17 accompanied by an adult at all times, if the parents have signed a disclaimer, that is available at Spa reception.
