For the enjoyment of our younger guests, and the convenience of their parents, the Ritz Kids Club, available to children between the ages of 4 and 12, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.  The Ritz Kids Club offers an extensive program of supervised activities, both indoors and outdoors, and is a great opportunity for our young guests to intermingle with kids of their own age group.
Lunch and dinner are served at the Ritz Kids Club, and the parents can enroll their children for the whole day or for certain activities, at their convenience. However, reservations are required as space may be limited.

Every day begins with a “Wake up and Shape up”, during which the children are taught different dance moves and warm up exercises to music, shaking them awake and energizing them for the rest of the day.

Throughout the day, our young guests are kept engaged in a variety of organized activities. The indoor activities include, among other things, designing and creating jewelry, making their own puzzle or a fridge magnet, decorating cookies, colouring and drawing competition and watching movies. Different activity stations are set up throughout the Kids Club, from PlayStation and the Nintendo Wii, to Lego, jigsaws, words-searches, colour-by number and other games.

The outdoor activities include participating in obstacle course races, table tennis tournaments, treasure hunts, and various swimming pool and beach activities, as well as playing at the “Splash Park”, a rainbow coloured pad with water jets and sprinklers, located conveniently between the swimming pool and the beach.

The children are also engaged in organized arts and crafts, which in addition to providing a fun- filled way to spend the day, also leaves them with a personalized and handmade souvenir to remember their vacation by. These arts and crafts include designing a personalized picture frame, creating an ancient treasure map, tie - dying a T - shirt, writing and illustrating a storybook, and creating friendship bracelets to share with newfound friends at the Kids Club or with those back home.

In addition to these regularly scheduled days, the Ritz Kids Club also features Theme Days, such as “Nature Day”, during which the children are taken on a nature walk and shown how to grow and take care of a plant; “Superhero Day”, which involves face painting and designing costumes; or “Culture Day” – a great way to learn about the local culture in engaging and imaginative ways.

Make the most of the summer days with fun activities available at the Ritz Kids summer camp. Starting on July 14 and open Sunday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the summer camp welcomes kids aged 4 to 12 years old.

Week 1 – Let’s Make Friends (July 14 – 18, 2013)
With team games and arts and crafts activities designed to encourage working in both small and larger groups, making new friends has never been easier.

Week 2 – Get Creative (July 21 – 25, 2013)
From creating a watercolour masterpiece to making a unique scrapbook, there is no limit to how our young guests can express themselves through artistic talent.

Week 3 – Theme Week (July 28 – August 1, 2013)
No day is ever the same with exciting themed activities available throughout the week.

Week 4 – Sports Week (August 11 – 15, 2013)
To promote healthy lifestyle and to stress the importance of physical exercise, the Ritz Kids club invites its young guests to participate in a week-long program of indoor and outdoor sports and games.

Week 5 – Culture Week (August 18 – 22, 2013)
The perfect opportunity to learn about different cultures, the Ritz Kids culture week will introduce kids to the exciting world of traditions and customs in countries around the world through food tastings and interactive games.

Week 6 – Ritz Kids’ Got Talent (August 25 – 29, 2013)
Whether your kids love to dance, act, sing, play musical instruments or draw, the final week of the summer camp is the time for the young guests to show off their talents. After a week of rehearsals and preparations, family and friends will be invited to the Ritz Kid’s Got Talent concert for an opportunity to see their little ones perform on stage.
