Hailing from Mauritius, Chef Christian joined the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal as chef de cuisine at Giornotte, the all-day-dining restaurant. Specializing in seafood and passionate about fine dining, Chef Christian has worked in the UAE for over six years and has the opening of the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi under his belt as well as working alongside three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire’s team at Reflets Par Pierre Gagnaire in Dubai.
