The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom

Our largest indoor function area, The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom offers 7,200 square feet of pine- bordered elegance with ivory damask padded inlays on the walls and wrought iron chandeliers. The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom may accommodate wedding receptions up to 350 guests with entertainment and dancing.

Anderson and Berg Rooms

These rooms offer beautiful views over the surrounding Colorado Rocky Mountains with a small patio, bringing the nature indoors for your special day. A more intimate ballroom setting, accommodating up to 90 guests, features 1,800 square feet of warm and inviting splendor.

Smith Terrace

Perfect for an intimate ceremony, this 600-square-foot terrace offers expansive views of the Vail Valley and is ideal for groups of up to 35 people.

Mountainside Terrace

With breathtaking views of the surrounding National Forest, the Mountainside Terrace is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding ceremony or reception for up to 350 guests.
