Dine like a Maharaja at Nirvana!
The very name conjures up images of maharajas who knew the secrets of spectacular dining. Nirvana brings royal flavors to The Ritz-Carlton for a dining adventure rarely enjoyed outside of India. Executive Indian Chef Mahipal Singh creates a selection of these Indian recipes a virtual firework display for the palate like Masahari kebabs – made of minced meat, lamb or chicken, Shakahari kebabs for our vegetarian guests and Samudri Khazana, which includes a generous platter of succulent grilled seafood including local fish Hamour, shrimps and lobster. Accompanied by live music of the 'Santoor' and décor that is unsurpassed on the island. Opening Hours (Except during Ramadan):

Nirvana will stay closed on Mondays during the month of Ramadan Opening Hours during EID holidays:
Lunch: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
