Born in Mexico City, Carlos Rodriguez has over 16 years experience serving the hospitality industry and has worked in countries such as USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Chile, where he helmed the culinary teams at some of the finest restaurants including The Club Grill at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun. Chef Carlos food creations appeal to senses - from its aromas, to its taste, texture and presentation. He believes that to enjoy food to the fullest it should be shared together with friends and family for unforgettable moments.
