How far in advance of my scheduled appointment should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
What if I am late for my scheduled appointment?
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by dialing ext. 32 from your room or by visiting the spa at your convenience.
What about my jewelry?
We advise you to remove all jewelry (stud earrings may be worn) prior to your arrival at the spa. A jewelry box is provided inside your treatment room, but please do not leave valuables in your locker.
Am I allowed to take my children with me to the spa?
Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. Minors may have treatments (excluding the Aquatonic seawater therapy pool), but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.
Am I allowed to smoke or consume alcohol prior spa treatment?
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within 8 hours of your treatment.
Am I allowed to use cellular phones and electronic device in the spa?
Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests' rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in the Spa.
What is the procedure of canceling my appointment?
For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program, or service not attende
What additional amenties does the spa offer for my comfort?
Most of our spa treatment rooms are equipped with an en-suite shower and/or bath. Most treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone to enjoy your shower or bath. Fresh disposable underwear will be provided for you after bathing. Treatments and packages normally conclude with a whole body application of body moisturizer.
Where do I go once I arrive at the spa?
Upon arrival at the Spa, please go directly to the Reception Counter. Our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatments.
What kind of clothing should I wear for my treatment?
We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, disposable underwear and a bathrobe are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
What if I have special health concerns?
Depending on the type of treatment(s) you have chosen, you may be asked to fill out a Spa Health or Beauty Questionnaire. Please take the time to answer all the questions thoroughly and alert our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator to any medical concerns and/or physical ailments you may have.
Will I be able to experience a spa treatment if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant, you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat. Please inform our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator of your condition upon scheduling your treatment, enabling us to assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatments.
What if I am currently having my menstrual cycle?
Ladies in their cycle are kindly requested not to use the Aquatonic® seawater therapy pool. If use of the pool is included in a package, you may defer it to another day.
