Executive Chef Roberto Holz reveals the secrets of seasonal Mediterranean cuisine to a select few as they shop, prepare and cook fresh ingredients from Barcelona’s legendary Boqueria market. Beginning at 9am, participants are lead on a tour of the world-famous market. While Chef Holz discusses the history of the market and introduces his favorite stalls, participants select fresh ingredients for their meal. Following their visit, guests collaborate with Chef Holz to develop a menu and prepare the ingredients with help from his team in the kitchen. Lastly, guests enjoy the fruits of their labor with an informal lunch with the Chef. The Shop with the Chef culinary workshop is open to a maximum of 10 participants and offered in both Spanish and English.

Learn the art of flower arranging with Hotel Arts florist Donna Stain. Donna will show how to put together several different flower arrangements and then give you a chance to create your own to take home. You will pick up practical ideas that you can use for your own arrangements.
