When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment in order to have a consultation and to assess how our experts can meet your needs. Also try to set aside relaxation time after your treatment to maximise the benefits.
What should I bring with me?
Come in comfortable clothing. If you plan to use the vitality pool remember to bring your swim suit and a bath cap as it is a spa policy that they must be worn at all times. Please leave jewellery and cellular phones in your room safe.
For gentlemen we recommend a shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved.
How do I make Spa reservations?
The Spa by Six Senses Spas is open from 10am until 9pm. For enquiries and information please dial extension 610. To avoid disappointment we suggest that you reserve all appointments in advance.
Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?
Please offer a five hour notice in case of cancellation on individual treatments or 24 hours for packages. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if no notice is given and 100% will be charged for no-show if the treatment is not cancelled.
What happens if I arrive late?
Out of respect for other clients reservations,we advise that we are unable to extend your treatment time if you arrive late.
