The Fitness Centre is managed by The Six Senses Spas with a holistic concept as part of the basic philosophy.

The holistic concept is for those searching for a balanced fitness experience. A team of fully trained professionals work with the mind body-balance through Yoga, Thai-Chi and Pilates classes and adapt the holistic session of your choice to to your personal needs.

The Gym by Six Senses Spas also offers treatments for those who do not have alot of time to spare with the Spa Express menu, from 25 minute treatments.   

The Gym by Six Senses Spas is accessible via the first floor lobby level.

Holistic Fitness


The word Holistic is derived from the Greek meaning of a "whole" and signifies a proportionally balanced approach to life. Bringing and living a "holistic lifestyle" can not be achieved without physical activity.

Within excercise it is paramount to have a balanced level of fitness that touches flexibility,muscle strength,cardio vascular improvement,mental alertness,core strength and enhanced functional fitness. We often concentrate on one area of our fitness to the detriment of others which can lead to an imbalance in our body's physical needs.

Our wellness coaches will consult with you on the best selection and then guide you through an excercise session that will leave you invigorated and physically motivated.Your session selection will be determined on your arrival at the Gym by our wellness consultant.

Each session is designed as a personal experience and by matching your desired outcome with one of our pre-designed holistic sessions you can be guaranteed physically challenged but ultimately rewarded.

Studio a la Carte


A variety of excercise classes are available to our guests and members in both groups class form and individual sessions.Classes can be reserved within our studio and we advise guests that 24 hours notice is required on all class reservations.

We provide: Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Matt work, Pilates Reformer, Core Work out 
Individual Instruction 
Group Class (2-4 people)

The Art of Running


Our guests are invited to join our coach for a running activity every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
An experienced coach will guide, accompany and advise the group on different running circuits. Guests willing to participate can make a reservation with any staff from the fitness at Hotel Arts or come directly to the meeting point on the date itself: hotel main entrance.

Outdoor Classes - Yoga and Pilates


This summer, our Six Senses Spa offers Yoga & Pilates classes throughout the summer period in their lovely gardens with an experienced coach.

The activities will take place from 1st July to 1st September 2013, in the hotel’s garden located on the first level.

Yoga: Mondays & Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
Pilates: Tuesday & Thursdays at 8 p.m.
