Heighten your celebration with legendary catering from The Ritz-Carlton, Battery Park. Our culinary teams specialize in creating masterful presentations that captivate guests’ palates and imaginations.


Wedding cakes are often considered the centerpiece of the reception. The hotel recommends Ron Ben-Israel Cakes and Sylvia Weinstock Cakes Ltd.

The food and beverage team at the hotel is lead by French Master Chef Jacques Sorci; the only chef in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company with this distinguished honor. A tasting is scheduled 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date at which time the bride and groom will meet the culinary team and select the menu.
