
Wedding cakes are often considered the centerpiece of the reception. The hotel recommends Ron Ben-Israel Cakes and Sylvia Weinstock Cakes Ltd.
The food and beverage team at the hotel is lead by French Master Chef Jacques Sorci; the only chef in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company with this distinguished honor. A tasting is scheduled 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date at which time the bride and groom will meet the culinary team and select the menu.
