Treatment Appointments
All treatments at the spa are available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Members and hotel guests are requested to quote your name followed by your membership or room number. For non-member and non-registered hotel guests a credit card number is required at the time of booking.
We accept cash and all major Credit Cards; all prices are quoted in Chinese RMB and are subject to 15% Service Charge. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Should I make an appointment for my Spa treatments?
Yes, either by phone or simply visit The Spa to make a reservation at your earliest convenience.
What if I need to cancel my Spa treatment reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel. However, to avoid 50 % (fifty percent) charge on your reserved treatment appointment, please contact our Receptionists 2 (two) hours prior your appointment time to help you reschedule or cancel your appointment. We regret that a full charge will be imposed for no-show.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
Please check in 30 (thirty) minutes prior to reserve the treatment appointment at our Reception. We recommend that you take a shower and relax at the Spa, in order to enjoy the full benefits of our Spa. All treatment appointments will commence accordingly to the appointment time, any late arrivals shall be subjected to reduced treatment time. However, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment if the time allows.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. During treatment our Therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to protect your privacy. However, if you wish we provide you disposable underwear your additional comfort.
Should I wear valuables?
We suggest that you do not bring or wear any valuables, if you do, please put those items in our safety box or in your hotel room safe.
Special consideration prior to your treatment:
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complication, may we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up of any Spa treatments. Please inform your Therapist if you have any medical conditions.
Can my children join me?
We strongly advise parents not to bring any children below the ages of 18 to ensure you get the full benefits of your treatment.
Should Men shave?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial appointment.
