The Fitness Centre is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Featuring the latest cardiovascular equipment and Kinesis® TechnoGym, making it possible to work out all the muscles of the human body, thanks to the equipment’s versatility, infinite movement combinations so that different muscles are exercised simply by changing the exercise position.

Located on the top floor of the Hotel, the 25-metre Pool is open from 6am until 11pm. The Pool deck is filled with natural light and views of the Beijing's CBD.
