In April, Greenfish is offering an array of authentic Southeast Asian delicacies specially prepared by Chef Johnny Zhang. Chef Zhang will serve up a unique fusion of cuisines influenced by flavors from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. Signature dishes includeare the world-renowned traditional Singaporean “Laksa” and “Bak Kut Teh,” Korean “Beef Kalbi” and “Kimchi Jjigae”, and true Asian favorites, “Chili Crab” and “Black Pepper Crab”.
