New Menu arrives
Chef Li will be introducing his brand-new menu in July, highlighting authentic Cantonese delicacies and additional flavors from Beijing and Sichuan. The handmade Dim Sum will be making a delicious comeback with seasonal ingredients. Chef Li’s recommendations: “Fried Prawn Ball with Wasabi Sauce”, “Double-Boiled Sea Cucumber with Chinese Herb in Clear Chicken Soup” and “Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo Shoots”.

This Iceland Afternoon Tea is completely different from the traditional three-layer English Afternoon Tea. It highlights the simple and healthy Nordic lifestyle with innovative desserts, sorbet, ice cream and salad with nutritious yet light salmon, codfish and precious caviar.
