Angus cattle originated from Scotland and are famous for their long history. Angus beef offers the best meat quality and produces excellent steaks which Star Chefs praise. Cépe offers 850 grams of Angus T-bone steak for daring meat lovers, allowing them to enjoy tender fillet and firm sirloin at the same time. Another famous breed is Wagyu from Japan, which is renowned for its so-called “marbling” and texture of the meat with an unparalleled juicy flavor. The grilled 800-gram Australian Wagyu beef steak is so tasty that people can enjoy it simply plain grilled without condiments.

Enjoy the tonic dishes that Chef Li has prepared with meticulously selected chestnut, yam, lotus roots, pumpkin and chanterelle mushrooms, which give chicken, beef and lamb a tender texture, and provides an aromatic flavor for just about any dish you can think of. Chef Li’s signature dishes include, “Sautéed Young Lotus Root with Lotus Seeds, Lily and Goji Berries”, “Slow Cooked Zucchini with Chanterelle Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce” and “ Braised Chestnut with Pumpkin and Leek in Clay Pot”.
Hairy Crab Season
For most of the year, crab aficionados eagerly await the one month in Autumn when hairy crabs are at their finest. This year, Chef Li prepares various hairy crab dishes to make the wait all the more worthwhile. Inspired by a boundless cooking philosophy, Chef Li uses ingredients such as glutinous rice, papaya, egg white, vermicelli and rice wine to enhance the flavor of this seasonal delicacy.
