The liaison of old and new in the ambiance of an authentic French Brasserie works perfectly with the Brasserie Desbrosses. Here guests may enjoy French cuisine in a carefully restored and leger ambiance. The heart of the Brasserie is the open show kitchen with its red enamel oven. Children too feel at home as they find here a kids table and the Chef awaits them with crèpres cooking courses in the restaurant’s original boulangerie. Our Brasserie team understands what Berlin and international guests like - first class menu with attentive service in a welcoming and warm environment

In an authentic ambience of a real Brasserie of 1875, our guests may enjoy their "Plat du Jour", a daily-changing one course-menu where business-people can enjoy good food at a place where they will feel at home while spending not too much time on having lunch.

Brasserie Desbrosses Terrace
In April starts a very special season of the year, not only in terms of culinary delights. Besides combinations of fresh asparagus in April and strawberries in May the Brasserie team invites you to enjoy the first sunbeams at the terrace.
