10th anniversary of the reconstruction of the Olympic Stadium

Olympiastadion

On occasion of the Football World Championship in 2006, the Olympic Stadium had to be renovated. The redevelopment was realized simultaneously to usual business, such as the placing of the spectacular roof structure or the blue track. In 2014, the Olympic Stadium celebrates the 10th anniversary of the inauguration, accompanied by a celebratory program. More information will follow.

41st BMW Berlin Marathon

10th Festival of Lights 2014

During the Festival of Lights in October, Berlin transforms itself into a city of lights: the Brandenburg Gate, the TV Tower, the Berliner Dom Cathedral, the Funkturm Radio tower and many other buildings and squares will be dazzling with the colourful light projections each night.

Louis Lewandowski Festival

The Louis Lewandowski festival took place first in 2011 and is organized by the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the Synagogal Ensemble Berlin. FlexStrom-Cup Berlin

Once again, the Flexstrom-Cup as a traditional indoor tournament takes place in the Max-Schmeling-Halle. For decades, it had been one of Berlin's most favourite events in the famous "Deutschlandhalle". The traditional indoor soccer event stands for emotions and passion.
