Monday, February 1: Peppermint hot chocolate in the lobby
In the main lobby, guests will be welcomed to the hotel with peppermint hot chocolate and house-made chocolate peppermint cookies.

Tuesday, February 2: My Sweet Valentine
Escape to our romantic couple’s suite to enjoy a luxurious couple’s massage using a decadent blend of apricot, orange and grape seed oil to nourish and hydrate skin. Indulge longer with our 80-minute massage, which also includes sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries. $340 for 50 minute; $480 for 80 minutes

Wednesday, February 3: Chocolate tasting in the main lobby
Pastry chef Dallas Marstellar and hotel general manager Erwin Schinnerl will host a chocolate social reception featuring assorted chocolates alongside handmade Irish coffee. 6 to 7 p.m.

Thursday, February 4: Special “Mint and Six” after dinner cocktail at The Lobby Lounge

Enjoy a festive February cocktail today only. The “Mint and Six” is a refreshing after dinner libation featuring Fonesca “Bin 27” port, fresh lime juice, chocolate mint, simple syrup, Peychayd’s bitters and a chocolate mint leaf garnish. $14

Friday, February 5: “Stone Fruit Truffle” cocktail at The Lobby Lounge
This “Chocolate Royale” liqueur and Ketel One vodka cocktail is topped with cream and Leopold Michigan tart cherry liqueur, and polished off with a brandy cherry garnish. Swing by The Lobby Lounge with your significant other and enjoy this unique and festive cocktail for one night only.

Saturday, February 6: “Break the Bark” in the lobby
Break off a piece of the homemade chocolate bar in the lobby while enjoying homemade hot chocolate. 3 to 5 p.m.

Sunday, February 7: For the Love of Chocolate and Football Brunch
Celebrate the biggest football day of the year with chocolate dessert “champions” such as chocolate macaron “hamburgers,” double chocolate brownies with peppermint Chantilly, milk chocolate crème brulee and the signature Ritz-Carlton Cake. These items and more will be added to The Café’s Sunday brunch. 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; $75 for adults and $37.50 for children, ages five to 12

Tuesday, February 9: “Be Mine Valentine” Package
Indulge in a package showcasing the best of the spa’s February offerings, including the Sweet Red Rose facial (50 minutes), I “Love” Massage (65 minutes), Chocolate-Covered Pedicure (50 minutes) and extras such as chocolate truffles and sparkling wine. Please allow up to three and a half hours for this relaxing combination of treatments. $395

Wednesday, February 10: Macaroons in the main lobby
Executive chef Franck Steigerwald and general manager Erwin Schinnerl will host a macaroon social reception featuring cocoa foie gras macaroons and champagne. 6 to 7 p.m.

Thursday, February 11: Chocolate-Covered Pedicure
Treat your feet to a lavish “almost edible” pedicure. Strawberries gently exfoliate dull skin with natural salicylic acid and enriched vitamin C. Next, a chocolate mousse deeply hydrates, leaving skin smooth, supple and delightfully sweet. Nails are then groomed to perfection and coated with your desired polish. The 75 minute treatment also includes a warm stone massage and chocolate-covered strawberries. $85 for 50 minutes; $140 for 75 minutes

Friday, February 12: An evening of port and chocolate
Guests that stay on the Club Lounge level will enjoy an exclusive port and chocolate tasting with hotel sommelier Linda Torres. 6 to 7 p.m.

Saturday, February 13: Valentine’s Day dinner at The Café
Make a reservation for Valentine’s Day dinner in The Café featuring a complimentary glass of champagne, a three-course dinner experience and a deluxe dessert buffet. $115 per person

Sunday, February 14: Valentine’s Day brunch in The Café
Join The Café for an expansive brunch spread on Valentine’s Day. 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; $99 for adults and $50 for children, ages five to 12

Join us the second and fourth Saturday of each month in the lobby and try our extravagant cotton candy station. Mix and match traditional flavors with sweet and savory seasonings like Strawberry Lavender or Lemon Espelette.

Hand-Crafted Sodas in The Cafe
Using fresh, natural ingredients, the seasonal soda flavors are Citrus Thyme, Cranberry and Spiced Apple. They can be enjoyed as a refreshing beverage during lunch or as an adult cocktail in the evenings.

Live Entertainment
Visit our Lobby Lounge Thursday through Saturday evenings for entertainment by talented artists including singer and trumpet player Joe Gransden; innovative jazz and pop sax player Nick Longo and his cutting-edge quartet; singer, songwriter, pianist and harmonica player James Patrick Morgan, and jazz/pop ensembles. Schedules will vary.

Afternoon Tea
Tea sandwiches, pastries and warm scones are served in The Lobby Lounge, Wednesday to Sundays with seatings at 2 and 3 p.m.
