Month of Risotto


Drawing inspiration from Northern Italy, executive chef Franck Steigerwald reinvents this traditional recipe with unique seasonal fare such as octopus, morel mushrooms, pears and more.

Tuesday, March 17: Corn and basil risotto with ricotta and mascarpone cheese
Wednesday, March 18: Artichoke risotto with goat cheese and paprika
Thursday, March 19: Black risotto with grilled baby octopus
Friday, March 20: Duck confit risotto and red wine sauce
Saturday, March 21: Scallop risotto with tarragon and citrus fruit

Tuesday, March 24: Carbonara-style risotto
Wednesday, March 25: Morel mushroom risotto with pecorino cheese
Thursday, March 26: Short rib risotto with black peppercorn
Friday, March 27: Fennel risotto with pickled carrot and chives
Saturday, March 28: Truffle risotto with dry-aged parmesan cheese

Tuesday March 31: Pea and mint risotto with hazelnut and extra virgin olive oil

Risotto Month will be offered in addition to the regular dinner menu at The Café for $16 per person. The nightly specials will take place from March 3 through 31, excluding Sundays and Mondays, when the restaurant is closed.

Easter Brunch

Easter Brunch is presented in a springtime setting with an unparalleled array of breakfast favorites, seasonal specialties and lavish desserts. Children enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny, egg hunts and a petting zoo during the afternoon.

Spring Tea

Beginning after Easter and running through Mother’s Day, our traditional Afternoon Tea will celebrate the coming of Spring with special, limited-time pastry selections like Chocolate Lavender Profiteroles and Strawberry Macarons. This celebration of the coming Spring will be capped off with our Mother’s Day Tea.

Mother’s Day Brunch

Bow Ties and Bourbon
Master the art of tying the perfect bow tie with personal instructions from our Bow Tie Experts while trying one of the most highly-anticipated bourbons in the United States—Pappy van Winkle 20-year-old. We only have one bottle! This bourbon is only available as part of our special Bourbon and Bowties offer and includes a pour of the bourbon, a bow tie lesson and your very own Ritz-Carlton bow tie for $199. Join us every Friday and Saturday evening from 6 - 7 p.m. for complimentary lessons as well.

Using fresh, natural ingredients, the seasonal soda flavors are Cranberry, Spiced Apple and Citrus Thyme. They can be enjoyed as a refreshing beverage during lunch or as an adult cocktail in the evenings.

Sushi and hand-crafted cocktails are offered Thursday through Saturday from 5 - 9 p.m.

Live Entertainment
Visit our Lobby Lounge Thursday through Saturday evenings for entertainment by talented artists including singer and trumpet player Joe Gransden; innovative jazz and pop sax player Nick Longo and his cutting-edge quartet; singer, songwriter, pianist and harmonica player James Patrick Morgan, and jazz/pop ensembles. Schedules will vary.

Sunday Brunch and Bubble Bar
Our lavish Brunch is held every Sunday featuring over 100 items. With something for everyone, the Brunch offers made-to-order dishes, a carving station, culinary displays and an amazing array of desserts. Winning numerous awards each year, the Sunday Brunch also has a Bubble Bar for a Kir, Bellini or glass of Champagne.

Afternoon Tea
Tea sandwiches, pastries and warm scones are served in The Lobby Lounge, daily with seatings at 2 and 3 p.m.
