Traditional Afternoon Tea
Daily, Seating’s at 2:30 and 3 p.m., Thursday to Sunday Afternoon Tea is a gracious way to spend an afternoon with new friends, old friends and best friends. Tea is served in the English tradition, with loose tea steeped in individual teapots and poured through sterling silver strainers into bone china teacups. Tea selections include black, red, green and white teas as well as herbal infusions.
Prices are per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
Traditional Tea - Includes a selection of savory tea sandwiches and freshly prepared tea pastries, with your choice of tea, $44

CLASSIC BLACKS
English Breakfast Organic: A unique blend of rich teas from India, Ceylon and China. A satisfying flavor, great black or with milk and honey or sugar.
Himalayan Peak Darjeeling Organic: A superb selection from a renowned Himalayan garden, this tea is a fruity, balanced cup with a lovely amber liquor, delicate floral nose and classic muscatel finish.
CLASSIC AND SCENTED GREENS
Jasmine Downy Pearls: Hand-rolled leaves form artful pearls that unfurl in your cup as you are immersed in the scent of jasmine.
Green Tea Passion: A fragrant blend of delicate green teas from Japan, China and Taiwan, accented by tropical fruits, including guava, pineapple and strawberry. Healthy, soothing, and refreshing.
SCENTED BLACKS
Earl Grey Organic: High-grown Ceylon and China black teas are combined with the smoky orange notes of Bergamot fruit. An elegant, balanced and full-flavored, classic cup. Regular and decaffeinated.
Orange Jasmine: Orange slices, jasmine blossoms and other fruits blended with Ceylon and China black teas make this a rich, fragrant, memorable cup.
Vanilla Bean: This aromatic tea features Madagascar Vanilla beans and caramel blended with Ceylon and China black teas. A full-bodied and fruity cup makes a deeply satisfying impression.
Wild Blackberries: Exquisite China black tea blended with wild blackberries in a rich, fruity infusion.
PREMIUM OOLONG
Ti Kuan Yin: This Chinese classic carries the story of a local farmer instructed by the Iron Goddess of Mercy in a dream to look in the cave behind her temple. There he found a single tea shoot that he planted and cared for. This meditative, deep rich tea fills your palate with fruit-like flavor, and a heady aroma. Good for multiple infusions.
TISANES: HERB AND FRUIT BLENDS
Chamomile Citron: The finest grade of German chamomile blended with subtle citrus slices produces a mildly sweet infusion. Calming to the spirit and digestion, it also strengthens the immune system.
Mint Melange: Peppermint and spearmint gathered from the Middle Atlas mountain range of Morocco, mingle together for a soothing herbal infusion. This fragrant blend lingers on the tongue and in your mind like a fine wine.
African Amber: The African Rooibos or red bush makes a vivid and smooth cup blended with hibiscus and exotic fruits of African continent. Rich in anti-oxidents, it promotes calm and relaxation.
Wild Blossoms & Berries: Blackberry and black currant, infused with lemongrass, hibiscus, chamomile, mint, licorice root and spices produce a hearty, memorable refreshment.
