Cancellation

• Cancellations are permitted before Noon on day of arrival
• Cancellation penalty is one night’s room and tax

Pet Policy

The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead is pleased to accommodate guests traveling with pets, subject to the following conditions:

• Advance notification is required when a room reservation is made
• Payment of non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. Please inquire about cleaning fee for a long-term stay
• Only pets weighing less than 30 pounds will be accommodated in our guest rooms and hotel suites in Buckhead
  
• Pets must always be kept on a leash when outside the guestroom
• Guestroom will be inspected after departure and subject to late charges for any damages caused by pet
• Passage through the public areas must be kept to an absolute minimum in order not to inconvenience other hotel guests
• Pets will not be allowed in any hotel food and beverage outlets or the Club Lounge at any time without exception
• There is a designated litter area on the hotel grounds for the pet’s personal needs. Please see the Doorman for assistance
