VolunTeaming is now offered under The Ritz-Carlton social responsibility program, Community Footprints. Transcending traditional group activities, VolunTeaming combines teambuilding with volunteer activities that create lasting memories for the participants. Recognizing that many groups want their teambuilding time to make a meaningful contribution, these programs enable guests to be a force for good and feel personally connected to the place that they visit.

Kids in Need
The Atlanta Community Food Bank’s primary purpose is to provide food and other critical resources for low-income Georgians. It also organizes several community projects, including “Kids in Need,” which provides supplies to students whose academic success is threatened by poverty. The backpacks, school supplies, and art materials are purchased in advance with group guests assembling the backpacks at the hotel. This socially responsible activity gives hope to disadvantaged families while fostering teamwork among participants.
