The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun proudly boasts the first Viking® Culinary Center within the brand, which features striking equipment and graciously overlooks the Caribbean Sea. In this residential-style kitchen one can enjoy formal cooking in an essentially casual environment. The venue is highlighted by 12 counter seats, facing the chef's main cooking station, which allows for pleasurable entertainment and delighting interaction.
In every session, delicious, locally-sourced cuisine with a creative twist is served and the menu is modified periodically. When cooking, our chefs blend regional ingredients with masterful techniques which results in a menu grounded on what tastes good. And to add more to this enjoyable feast, each dish is prepared á la minute and paired with selected wine pairings.
In order to please gourmands and newbies alike, charismatic our chefs have personally created an array of cooking experiences which offer the most amusing dining experiences. From interactive cooking lessons to amusing culinary shows, any experience makes up for a fun night at our Viking® Culinary Center.
