Every year, from July through November, the beach of our resort becomes a sanctuary where marine turtles feel safe enough to come ashore, and lay their eggs. The Turtle Guardians carefully protects the eggs in the Turtle Camp, where they will be watched for 50 to 60 days until they hatch. Guests may partake in this rewarding experience helping the resort’s volunteers to release the hatchlings into the sea.
