BLT Market 
New York celebrity chef Laurent Tourondel's BLT Market provides the perfect meal for any season with breakfast and dinner available in the dining room or outdoor patio at our restaurant in Central Park.
The menu rotates seasonally, focusing on the freshest ingredients sourced from farmers' markets with particular attention to unusual, wild and locally grown items. BLT Market also highlights seasonal fish, meats and cheeses from local purveyors.
BLT Market will only be open for breakfast every day (7 a.m.-11 a.m.) and dinner on Tuesday through Saturday (5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

This striking stand-up bar and beautifully appointed lounge with high ceilings and a dramatic wine display feature drinks by famed Ritz-Carlton bartender, Norman Bukofzer. Afternoon tea, cocktails and light fare are served into the late hours.
