The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park is proud to produce fine pastries, cakes and sweet delicacies in its in-house pastry shop, under the guidance of acclaimed Executive Pastry Chef Joseph Murphy. Our pastry shop is more than happy to create the cake of your dreams, tailored to your specifications and executed beyond your expectations.
If you prefer to work with an outside vendor for your wedding cake, we are more than happy to slice and your cake in our pastry shop and serve it on hand-decorated plates.

Discover the world of luxury chocolatier La Maison du Chocolat during your next event. Everyone will be talking about the ALL ABOUT CHOCOLATE break, which includes the following:
- 4-5 unique pieces of handmade chocolate, from milk to dark and praline to ganache
- One decadent “Tasse du chocolat” per person
- One large or two small French macaroons per person
- Representatives from La Maison du Chocolat to guide attendees through chocolate tasting
