While French bistro cuisine evokes savory delights, simple bistro desserts have recently gathered tremendous popularity among foodies worldwide. Highlights of French bistro desserts include two-bite and diminutive pastry items such as crème puffs and éclairs, with delicate crème puffs to be featured in the March 29 cooking class at Cocoa Lab. Also to be presented, the elegant clafouti is an impressive but easy to create ramekin dish and, along with velvety, custard-like pot de crème creations, lends elegance and irresistible flavor to any dessert occasion.
