Chef Ramesh Kaduru began his career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2002 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. It was at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples that he honed his his craft through garde manger and was shortly appointed sous chef shortly after his start. In 2006, his he assumed the position of Banquet Sous Chef, allowing him to provide his expertise and personalized service with large catering events. Chef Ramesh’s talents were recognized by The Ritz-Carlton, Naples , when he received the distinguished Leader of the Year Award in 2009. Looking to continue his success and expanding his knowledge, Chef Ramesh continued his culinary journey as the Executive Sous Chef for The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. At The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach he trained and lead a dedicated culinary team in all aspects of his passion from garde manger to banquet operations and exclusive special events at other Ritz-Carlton sister properties. Chef Ramesh joins The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami as the executive chef melting Mediterranean inspired ingredients with fresh local seafood to Lazuli Lounge and Bizcaya, the hotel’s dining destinations.
