What do I need to know before contacting the hotel?
You should have your budget, estimated number of guests and a date. If possible choose a couple of dates in case your first choice is not available.
How much does a wedding cost if held at The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn?
The cost depends primarily on your tastes, preferences and budget as well as the time of the year you choose to host your event. Prime wedding days are Saturdays with prime months being May, June, September and October. Your best choice for a less expensive wedding would be a Friday outside of the prime wedding months.
Are there minimum requirements for a reception?
A food and beverage minimum is required for a private wedding reception. Minimum fees will vary depending on the number of guests, day and time of the event.
Do you provide special rates for family and friends of the wedding party?
Yes. The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn offers a special rate to guests of the wedding party the weekend of your event. For bookings of 100 or more guests, the bride and groom receive a complimentary night in a suite.
