What are the spa hours?
The spa is open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Before or after business hours, appointments will be charged an additional $25.00 per service hour.
How do I make a reservation?
Contact the spa at (313)-441-2000 to reserve treatment times. A major credit card is necessary to reserve all scheduled services.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than two hours before scheduled time will be billed at fifty percent of treatment rate. No shows will be billed at full treatment rate. Guests using a gift certificate must also cancel within the required time or the gift certificate will be voided. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in full charge of services scheduled and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Can the spa accommodate group reservations?
Yes, you can reserve space for your bachelor/bachelorette spa party, teen special occasion, or other group event.
Special consideration is given to parties of 6 or more. Make your reservations in advance for exclusive use of spa facilities.
Can non-registered guests use spa facilities?
Non-registered guests are always welcome to reserve treatments at the spa.
Non-registered guests may also use the fitness center, sauna, and pool, however the following charges apply:
Fitness Center / Sauna only: $15.00
Fitness Center / Sauna / Pool: $25.00
How does the spa handle gratuities?
A 15% gratuity will be added to all spa treatments.
Is there a minimum age for spa guests?
Yes, guests must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled time and 30 minutes if you need to shower before your body massage treatment. Locker, robe and slippers are supplied for your convenience.
Should I shower before my appointment?
A shower or sauna before a full body massage is recommended to help relax the muscles. It is not necessary to shower before other treatments.
