Voted as the “Best Afternoon Tea” by TimeOut Awards 2013.Available from 2:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.Wine Club Meeting Level 23 – Taste fine wines from Qatar Distribution Center and learn from the experts, accompanied by European cheeses and canapés. Open to Wine Club members only, but perhaps now is the time to join! Annual membership: QAR 3,500 for a couple or QAR 2,000 for singles. QAR 350 for one-time participation. La Mer is a smoke-free restaurant. Smoking is only allowed in Level 23.
