Appointments are recommended to be made 24 hours in advance. To secure the booking, a valid credit card, gift certificate or hotel room number is needed to hold your reservation. We will not charge your credit card for any reason, unless you do not show up for your appointment and no prior cancelation is made.

Please respect your appointment time to ensure a complete experience. Arrival
To fully enjoy your day spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 to 45 minutes prior to your appointment. We encourage you to make full use of our spa facilities before and after your treatments for a complete relaxation and rejuvenation, so please bring suitable attire. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late will shorten your time spent with us. Pre –treatment Etiquette
Please avoided sunbathing, eating a heavy meals or consuming alcohol at least one hour prior your treatments as this may negatively affect your experience. Health Considerations
For your safety and comfort, please inform your therapist of any health conditions as well as kindly completing a guest check-in form prior your treatment, so that we can customize your treatment accordingly. If you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant, some treatments may not be advisable.
Spa services are provided for general purpose only and are not intend to be a substitute for a professional medical treatment for any condition that guest may have. Spa Attire
Please respect the culture in Qatar and be dressed appropriately at all times. Robe, slippers and disposable underwear for your comfort will be provided to you. Our therapists will ensure that you are discreetly draped at all times during your treatment. Please remember to bring your swimming attire with you if decided to use the Roman bath. Valuables
Lockers are available for your personal belongings. However, please leave valuables at home or bring them into the treatment room with you as we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen items. Payment
The Ritz-Carlton Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge their treatments to room accounts. We do not accept personal checks.
You may leave gratitude and the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratitude can be paid in cash, credit cards or room charges. Spa Policy
Please respect the privacy of other guests by speaking in a soft voice and refrain from using the mobile phone on spa premises. Juniors using the Spa
It is our policy that children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted to accompany parents to the spa appointments or to be in the Spa facilities. Kids can use our Ritz Kids facilities (additional fees are applicable for outside guests).
All Spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule or receive spa services. Guests under the age of 16 may enjoy nail services only in the Ritz kids Club. Guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed guardian consent form in order to utilize spa services and facilities. Cancellations
We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment. A 12 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a penalty of 100% of the treatment rate. Appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they are held. Gift voucher cancellations less than 12 hours in advance will result in the gift voucher being redeemed in full. Group bookings (3 or more people) require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Returns
The Ritz-Carlton Spa will be happy to accept returns on certain merchandise purchased from the spa within 24 hours of purchase with valid receipt, except for:
- Items on open skin and body care or used merchandising.
- Individual items belonging to a set or packaged product. The complete set, however, can be returned.
- Clothing and swim wear and sale items.
All Refundable are for Spa Retail Credit only for future product purchases. No cash refunds. Parking
Convenient parking is in front of the spa entrance. Valet parking is also available at the Main Hotel Entrance, subject to availability. Miscellaneous
The Ritz-Carlton Spa reserve rights to modify or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards or services and quality are met. If you have any questions please ask our Spa experts when you book your appointment. It is strictly Spa policy that the same gender therapist is doing your treatments.
