Every Friday from 5 to 6 p.m., join our restaurant Sommelier as he takes you on a journey through the most notable wine regions. Sample three different wines with tasting notes and food pairings. Complimentary charcuterie offered. $20 per person.
Ignite Cocktail Class 
Join our mixologist each Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Ignite's Bar and learn the art of the crafted cocktail. Enjoy specialty drinks on a whole new level with cocktails crafted with fresh ingredients grown in our very own herb garden. $20 per person
Sunset Vista Hike 
A spectacular sunset awaits you during this guided hike through the Sonoran Desert, and ends with a refreshing cocktail in Ignite Lounge. This 2.7 mile hike allows you to witness our beautiful Arizona sunsets as well as giant saguaros. Reservations required.
