Arabia under the Skies 
Take on a culinary tour through the Gulf region every night at Amaseena and get a chance to sample a great feast of regional favorites and specialty dishes at our outdoor Bedouin tented village.

The buffet featuring hot and cold Mezzeh, a variety of Manakeesh, falafel with Tahina, and a mixed Arabic grill, can be relished against traditional Arabic setting. A selection of unique-to-Dubai cigar flavors produced exclusively for The Ritz Carlton, Dubai and iced shisha are also available to complement the true spirit of Arabian dining experience set under the stars.

Live seafood grill station takes center stage this month at Amaseena. With over 20 flavors of shisha and live Arabic Duo playing familiar tunes, dining under the Arabian stars is sure a great way to welcome the spring season.

International Friday Brunch 
Enjoy and relax in a refined ambience where the talented chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai prepare a weekly feast for brunch-goers both tourists and residents alike. A wide variety of international dishes including a salad bar, oyster station, charcuterie station and sushi station among others are laid out for guests to sample. Guests are surely up for a true gastronomic adventure as freshly made appetizer, risotto, pasta and delectable main courses are serve A La Carte. For the perfect ending, a dessert station including a crepe station can be enjoyed.
