Spin or spinning: Indoor cycling class that improves stamina and endurance.

Power circuit functional training / arke: An interval class done with weight and body weight movement and arke kit. Improves stamina and balance.

Core: Intense abs workout that improves your endurance and flexibilities.

Bootcamp: challenges your strength and stamina, improves muscle endurance and overall fitness.

Swim skills: a class that includes fun and teaching swimming skills.

Swim performance: Improve your swim performance and technique.

Ritz kids sports: Age group related, to improve sports skills and technique while having fun.

Tabata: Class done with 4 minutes high intensity interval. Training that improves your muscle endurance, helps to burn calories, and will take you to your next fitness level.
