Fish Frenzy Snorkel
Learn all about the adaptations that make fish effective predators and their strategies to avoid becoming lunch. Then snorkel and observe their strategies firsthand while recording your observations on an underwater slate.

Have You Ever Seen a Blue Iguana?
Grand Cayman is home to the endemic and endangered Cayman blue iguana, found nowhere else in the world. We learn all about this fascinating species and the efforts to save them as we take an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of the blue iguana breeding facility at the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, a 45 minute drive from the resort.

Night Snorkel
With flashlights and trained Naturalists, we take the curious and adventurous on an excursion of a lifetime to discover the fascinating world of the reef at night. Previous snorkeling experience required.

Underwater Photography Snorkel
Learn how to use digital cameras with waterproof housings to capture your view of the underwater world. Once we return from our underwater adventure, digitally enhance your favorite shots and use them to create a moving slideshow to take back home.

Sunset Mangrove Kayak
Enjoy a tranquil paddle through the mangroves as an enchanting way to end your day. Experience the splendour of Cayman’s unique ecosystem as the last rays of light hit the water. Finish with a glass of sparkling cider during this idyllic time, perfection!

Mangrove Kayak
Mangroves are the forests of the sea. Explore and examine this beautiful ecosystem, where the curious roots of the mangrove trees grow right out the saltwater providing a nursery for reef creatures and marine birds. As we travel in double kayaks in shallow protected waters we experience one of the strangest gardens on the planet—the world of the upside-down jellyfish.

Cayman Time Capsule
Journey back in time and come experience a famous historical site. Hear the stories and legends, and watch Caymanian history unfold as you enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the Mission House, its late 19th Century garden and its seasonal wetlands.

Sea Floor Submarine Adventure
The Atlantis XI Submarine was specifically designed for underwater sightseeing excursions. The smooth ride and clarity of the water amazes as we explore Grand Cayman’s underwater marine park to depths over 100 feet and explore the mysterious deep reefs off Grand Cayman.

Shipwreck Exploration Snorkel
Learn about the shipwrecks that litter Cayman’s reefs before heading out to see one with your own eyes!

Cayman Snorkel Odyssey
Experience a beautiful reef a short drive from the resort which is sure to feature a variety of fish and corals. The chosen reef is subject to current weather conditions.

Blue Iguana Recovery Programme –Give Back Getaway*
Assist the Warden in preserving the endangered Blue Iguanas in the world’s most successful conservation programme. Wear sunscreen, bring a hat and avoid wearing brightly colored nail polish.
This opportunity is available only to The Ritz-Carlton guests.
*All proceeds benefit the Recovery Programme.

Mastic Trail*
The Mastic Reserve introduces you to some of the world’s last remaining Caribbean dry forest, which is home to a wide variety of animals and plants unique to the Cayman Islands. This two mile tour will be led by a National Trust expert guide, through a secluded and challenging trail. Sturdy footwear is mandatory, and a hat and sunglasses are recommended. ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
*A portion of the proceeds is donated to the Cayman Islands National Trust.
