During this enriching experience, you will partake in a critical project to ensure their survival. First, you will be briefed by a Jean-Michel Cousteau Ambassadors of the Environment naturalist on the plight of these “blue dragons” endemic to Grand Cayman. You will then participate in volunteer activities, assigned by the park warden Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. Activities are seasonal and may include looking for nests and eggs, painting fences at the facility or iguana tracking. Minimum age 12.

Celebrate one of the world’s greatest culinary delicacies at Blue by Eric Ripert. The Truffle Treasures menu features dishes embellished with a selection of the finest truffles including fresh shaved truffles, black truffles and the rare fresh Alba truffle.

Omakase Special – Wednesdays
Taikun’s Communal Table is the most sought after seat in the house. Up to fourteen guests can be seated at this table set in the heart of Taikun. Opt to dine upon Cayman’s only true gourmet sushi with family and friends… and then make new friends at the seats next to you.

On Wednesdays evenings, choose to dine at the Communal Table and experience Taikun’s signature Omakase menu for $45 KYD / 56.25 USD (regularly $65 KYD / $81.25 USD). The Omakase menu is a five-course sushi tasting menu exclusively created by the chef.

SATURDAYS:
An evening of contemporary music with a Caribbean vibe. From 9 p.m. until midnight, a live band will imbue Silver Palm Lounge with an exciting mixture of high-energy instrumental and vocal pieces, blending crowd pleasing originals and sultry standard classics.

A breath away from extinction, the Grand Cayman Blue Iguana relies on a breeding program to maintain its claim as the island’s largest native land animal. During this enriching experience, you will partake in a critical project to ensure their survival. First, you will be briefed by a Jean-Michel Cousteau Ambassadors of the Environment naturalist on the plight of these “blue dragons” endemic to Grand Cayman. You will then participate in volunteer activities, assigned by the park warden Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. Activities are seasonal and may include looking for nests and eggs, painting fences at the facility or iguana tracking. Minimum age 12.
