Half-day Meeting Package (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) RMB¥480 per person
Whole-day Meeting Package (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) RMB¥580 per person

• Use of a main meeting room during reserved period. 
• One break for Half-day Meeting Package or two breaks for Whole-day Meeting Package with coffee, tea and Chinese herbal tea and refreshments selection.
• Coffee, tea and Chinese herbal teas throughout the meeting.
• Chinese or Western Set or Buffet luncheon for your selection.
• Meeting amenities including distilled water, candies, writing pads and pencil. 
• Flipchart with markers.
• Stationery set on your reception desk and daily newspaper.
• Programmed Event Clipping for organizer and all attendances.
• Dedicated Event Concierge to assist all message and on-site requirements during the event, including ad hoc recreation activities and hospitality needs.

Minimum attendance of 10 persons for captioned meeting package. Minimum attendance of 50 persons for luncheon at function room in Buffet style. All prices quoted are subject to 15% surcharge.
