VolunTeaming is now offered under The Ritz-Carlton social responsibility program, Community Footprints. Transcending traditional group activities, VolunTeaming combines teambuilding with volunteer activities that create lasting memories for the participants. Group guests can participate in a fun-packed tailored program alongside the children and the hotel's Pastry Chef where they will create the children's favorite cakes. Let Us Help You Bake a Most Unforgettable Cake

You are cordially invited to attend our “VolunTeaming” cake baking: a 90-minute program in which guests, with assistance from Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen, will work with kids from Guangzhou Children Care and Welfare Centre bake delicious cakes—and then enjoy the results! Program Outline:

• 1. VolunTeams will receive cake baking lessons from The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou’s decorated pastry chefs.


• 2. Using their new-found knowledge, VolunTeams will then teach kids to bake their own cake masterpieces. Sweets, canapés and soft drinks will be served throughout the afternoon.


• 3. At the end of the program, grown-ups and children alike will receive a certificate of participation signed by Executive Chef Daniel!

Also note that your Giveback Getaway need not end there: The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou’s Ladies and Gentlemen will be very pleased to assist guests in organizing follow-up visits or activities.
