Spa treatment services are available from 9 a.m. - mid-night daily.
How do I make a booking?
Please call 3813 6668 or ext. 8912 or visit the reception on level 4.
Where can I keep my valuables?
If you are a guest of hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify the Spa Reservation Agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical aliments, disabilities or are pregnant. While a few services should be avoided during pregnancy, there are treatments that can be enjoyed. It is not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during and after the treatment, using sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Are bathrobes provided?
Disposable undergarments, bathrobes and slippers are provided in the ladies and gentlemen's lounges before treatments. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
Is there a service charge?
For your convenience, a 15% service charge will be added for each Spa services to your hotel bill.
