Born in Puglia, Chef Lavarra has a wealth of experience working in renowned hotels and restaurants around the globe, shaping his gastronomic technique to the pinnacle. His gastronomic talents has earned him prestigious recognitions including “One of the Best Chefs in the World” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, and Michelin two stars award for Rossellinis, the restaurant that he led since 2001.
